Shipping Policy
We ship to the UK and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
