Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.

United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping — £4.99 | 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping — £6.99 | faster delivery (estimated timeframe provided at checkout)
- Free Standard Shipping — available on qualifying orders (threshold shown at checkout)

European Union
- Standard International — £14.99 | 10–18 business days after dispatch

International (AU, CA, US, AE, CH, HK, IL, JP, KR, MY, NO, NZ, SG)
- Standard International — £23.99 | 14–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. They do not include processing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking coverage depends on the carrier and destination country.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Lost or Delayed Orders
