30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Email us at suransh@suransh.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damages & incorrect items: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at support@suransh.com within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personalised/custom products, personal care items (e.g. beauty products), hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU/UK Cooling-Off Period: If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at suransh@suransh.com.
